For the past 15 years, Jon Hight has been a key part of Weldon’s Butcher Shop in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and now owns the business with his wife, Dusty Hight. The previous owners, Tom and Charla Starnes, transformed this unique butcher shop, helping it grow into one of the most popular local markets for premium meats and seafood.

While Weldon’s Butcher Shop has changed ownership during its 41-year history, the commitment to exceptional customer service and top-quality meats has remained constant.
